James was quick to respond to my call for help. Diagnosis was swift. However, identification took a little longer due to the complexity of the fault which turn out to be atypical. James and Chris were tenacious and dogged it getting to the root of the problem, whereby success was achieved. Their work ethic and execution was second to none, done in the most professional manner with curtesy and respect. I have no qualms in highly recommending them to anyone who befalls an electrical issue. Well done guys it is appreciated.
