What information we collect and use

Your interactions with us: If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence. When you contact us, phone conversations may be monitored and recorded.

Visits to our website: This include, but is not limited to, traffic data, location weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.

Location data. The mobile version of our Website will collect information about your location if location services are enabled on your mobile phone.

What allows us to process your information?

You have consented to us using your personal data as part of engaging our services.

We also need to use data about you because we need it to execute the contract you entered into when agreeing to our Terms and Conditions for services, invoicing and VAT processing

What we do with it

We do not direct market our client or pass personal details to any marketing companies.

We store personal data to comply with HMRC rules on invoicing and VAT and will maintain an open account for you to purchase electrical services from us.

How we share your data

With our registration body NAPIT for recording of testing and certification.

With our invoicing/estimate & accounting system product provider Quickbooks via their cloud services

With our Accountant’s Higgingson & Co (UK) Ltd Dunstable

With County Courts in the event of non payment of account and debt collection agents as part of the collection of monies owed process

Your rights / access

How long we keep your information

Anderton Electrics Ltd retains personal data for as long as necessary to operate our business, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes and enforcing our agreements.
