Fantastic knowledge, the job was a little complicated but solved swiftly and professionally. The broken housing of the switch and chord were replaced and now looks brand new. I was kept in the loop on what was being done and shown in a very polite and easy manner how they did it. All rubbish was taken away and I felt very comfortable having Electrics in my home and would consider them extremely reliable. It is clear they have a passion for helping people solve electrical issues and are very skillful. I was also left a branded gift which was a nice touch! Thanks!
