I sent James a photo of the plug etc and he said as thus was dangerous, he would come out the same day after work. He spent time explaining why the plug had over heated and gave me safety advice. He also took time to make safe and got me up and running. He was friendly, eficient and knowledgeable I will certainly recommend him to my friends.
